A.C. The Program Director is a hip-hop DJ, producer, and the founder of the Los Angeles-based HipHopPhilosophy.com Radio. Also known by the aliases "El Choppo" and "A.C. The A&R," he is renowned for producing thousands of mixtapes and releasing beat tapes and albums featuring collaborations with many artists. 

A.C. The Program Director is known for his unique production style and as a prolific creator of hip-hop mixtapes. Considered by many, the undisputed all-time HipHop Mixtape King, with over 2,000+mixtapes and counting...

Founded of HipHopPhilosophy.com Radio/Records/Art Gallery/Clothing line in 1999. Member of The World Famous LA Breakers est.1982.

Monday Night Fresh is his weekly radio show ... Around 2009 A.C. The P.D. started releasing beats and songs he produced, which by today has evolved into a huge catalog of albums, all of which are curated like his mixtapes to be solid LP listening experiences. Boasting minimal "filler" or "skip songs".
